The Kia Koup has always been an interesting car. It is powered by a 2.0l DOHC VVT engine and delivers 155ps and for Malaysia, comes with a 6AT gearbox.
Recently I tailed one unit and the video is below. At a price of just below RM120k, it offers an alternative to the Honda CR-Z which it out-powers but is disadvantaged by its gearbox.
For side-by-side, I would very much like to feature a comparison between these two cars. I think they will be very closely matched and both will have its own advantages.
2.0l DOHC VVT implementation. 155ps at 6000rpm, 20.0 kgm at 5000rpm.
My good friend Nick was not able to get me a media review unit when he was in Kia so I do not have a chance to drive this car. I wonder how it drives.
